Ric's Repairs & Home Services was founded to provide trustworthy and professional services to homeowners in the west-metro of Minneapolis. After hearing several horror stories from disappointed home owners, we began providing a full offering of property services with full transparency and professional customer service as our top priority.

Eric (Ric) began managing a portfolio of 320+ residential rental units in Minneapolis after graduating with a business management degree from The University of Minnesota. He was able to build a trusted network of professionals from every trade. Through his vast experience learning both hands-on and from experts, he is confident that he can help you with whatever home needs you have.
